Six Years in the Cellar: House of Pan Cherry Wine Returns

Six Years in the Cellar: House of Pan Cherry Wine Returns

Six years ago, what began as a simple experiment in a small cellar has grown into a story worth telling. House of Pan was born out of a desire to reimagine wine, crafted not from grapes, but from the deep, bold character of cherries.

What started as a response to tannin sensitivities soon became a pursuit of something bigger: a wine that could stand apart, rooted in Lebanese terroir, yet unbound by tradition. Each bottle has been our way of sharing the fruit of the mountains, the work of our hands, and the spirit of our land.

Today, as we mark the 6th anniversary of our very first cherry wine, we’re proud to say that the journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. From the early trials to the bottles that reached tables both near and far, House of Pan has remained committed to craft, to detail, and to bringing forward something truly original.

And just in time for this milestone, we’re thrilled to announce that our cherry wines are back in stock. The restock is more than a replenishment, it’s a continuation of the story. Each vintage brings its own voice, shaped by the cherries of Hasroun and surrounding orchards, and refined through patience and care in the cellar.

This year’s bottles carry the layers that House of Pan has come to be known for: rich, full expressions of fruit, mineral whispers of our volcanic soils, and a finish that lingers just enough to remind you of where it came from.

We raise a glass not just to six years of cherry wine, but to everyone who has supported us along the way. Whether you’ve been with us from the beginning or are discovering House of Pan for the first time, this restock is for you.

Here’s to six years past, and many more to come.
