At House of Pan, we take pride in the quality and care that goes into every bottle of our cherry wine. Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns once an order has been placed.

However, if your order has not been fulfilled or dispatched, you are eligible for a full refund. If you believe there has been an issue with your order fulfillment, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of purchase.

Please note, once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to offer refunds or returns.
