Les Pechés Divins | Trio | Vanity, Lust and Envy

Three wines, three very different sides of House of Pan.

We put Lust, Envy and Vanity together because they tell our story better as a trio. Each one comes from a different idea, a different process and a different mood.

Lust is our dry Syrah. Deep and generous, with blackberry, black cherry, plum and a little pepper.

Envy starts with Syrah too, but takes another path. We stop the fermentation with wine spirit while a little natural sugar is still left in the wine. It keeps the fruit beautifully alive and gives us a rich, off dry wine at 18%.

Vanity is our Sauvignon Blanc from Terbol. Bright, fresh and expressive, with peach, citrus, tropical fruit and a subtle touch of fresh bread.

Three bottles we made in small batches here in Lebanon, each with its own personality.

A little Lust, Envy and Vanity never hurt.
